We'd had a few tiles come loose after all the wind recently and thought we'd better get somebody out before it turned into a bigger job. George turned up when he said he would (which is rarer than it should be these days), had a proper look and explained everything in plain English. Ended up being cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Really pleased overall.
